I was in a similar place a few years back. the Number one lessen i learned was to forgive my self! and to completely purge the sinfull influences out of my life, let God guide me through his Word. Just remember its never too late to start the race. and most are not as far along as they appear. everyone struggles. ROM 3:23

Been there, the best part about starting over with God is that he is the same as he was when you left.

Start on your knees in your prayer closet and in the bible. Father Lord in heaven thank you for this man and his desire for more of you. Thank you that even though he has messed up his marriages and his life that you still want him. You are amazing and awesome God and without you we cant live free from bondage. Free him from the bondages of sin and this world and teach him how to live in obedience and devotion to you Lord. John 3:16-18 16For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. Father help him to live for you and look to you for everything 100 % not to himself but looking to you. Thank you for redemption in Jesus name I pray Amen

Do not focus on the failures. Doubt is how the enemy can discourage you. The more you try to grow closer to Gof, the more he will attack you. Lord we come to you as brothers in Christ. We pray that this man be protected and guided closer to you. You are a forgiving and loving God and you will never reject us. We pray for understanding, guidance, dilligence, and love. Amen

Trying to re-start with God after long time away

I have recently begun seeking my path with The Lord once again. I was raised in the faith, but in recent years I have gone away from Him. In the last decade, I have suffered two divorces because I was not focused on The Lord. I pray for His guidance and support in my life, I just don't know where to start again.
