day 136 kickstart, let the lord be the foundation of our lives. How often do we not do that? I mean do we truly ever let him lead, an be our complete foundation? Do we let him show us the cracks in our poorly built lives. Or are we too human to do that? Do we really wait for his glory and accept what he has for our lives? Idk if I do. I think I put my own desires ahead of his. And I get scared of what he might want for me instead of what I want, not trusting it’s perfect from The Lord. What if his desire was completely different than mine? Would I still accept it? Lord please be my strength in wanting your ways for my life and not my own.

Glorious God, Lord of All, we humbly come to the throne of grace today to thank You for the powerful gift of prayer You have given us. When things are down, let us pray. When things are good, let us pray. When the enemy is at the gate, let us pray. When we defeat the enemy, let us pray. Let us pray in all circumstances and thank You for all You do for us, day after day. Praying in the name of the one that taught us to pray, Jesus Christ! Amen.

DAY 136: Repairing Your House

Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.
~ Psalm 127: 1

When a man pours his faith into the foundation of his family, friends, and community, his home and his community are set to withstand all types of weather and tremors.

Is your home beginning to crumble?  It's not too late to call on God to repair the foundation.  Is your community is falling apart? It's not too late to call on God to keep watch over the city.

Right now, make an appointment on your calendar (with a reminder) to pray for your family and your community.

Pray for God to reveal the cracks in your life, because you are a key ingredient for the success and quality of your home and your community.
