We should never forget that God should be approached with confidence, humility, and awe! It sets the tone for who we are but how impactful we can be through His truth and strength.

heavenly father, we come to you today to raise your name, and to give you glory for all that you have done for us. from the creation, to standing by our sides in our darkest and lightest moments, we thank you, and we exalt you. let your name always be on our lips, that we may guide other men home into your light, to experience a true relationship with you. I ask this is Jesus' name. amen.

Yesterday while leading worship, we were singing about the holiness of God and how the situations you find yourself in diminish as you declare His holiness, His power, His glory and goodness in spite of how you feel or what you may be going thru. Great to read the confirmation on the daily devotional today! God bless you guys!!

Loving God, we come to You today to thank You for being out Rock and salvation. While everything else may slip away, You are always be there for us. We live in a dark, sinful world, but with You as our beacon we will always have light in our world. Let your light shine through us so we can light the path for others. Praying in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we are blessed beyond measure to have Your Word living in our soul's. the word of God is living and active in our lives, sharper than any double edged sword, it penetrates and divides my soul and spirit. the word of God starts to sever that parts of me that do not bear fruit. the word of God produces a judgement of the thoughts and actions of my heart and soul. reading and resting in God's word is being obedient to God. Father thank You for Jesus the Messiah, our Great High Priest we can approach Your throne in confidence and find mercy and grace in our time of need. Amen.

Praise the Lord. This is the most powerful thing a man can do. I am often surprised by people who claim to be in the truth who actually haven't read the Word themselves. It's not enough to be preached at. God's word is for everybody and He speaks for Himself to any who call upon Him. Without the Word we perish. I come here everyday multiple times of the day and see varying degrees of faith and understanding and some are what we would call further along than others. I am here for this express purpose today to encourage all men to get in the Word and with all diligence develop that relationship with Christ that is so personal. The path is so narrow that only you will fit. God will speak to you just as plainly as He does with anyone else. Our relationship with Christ our Lord is our key to salvation. It is a relationship, ours alone. It's up to you and I to develop that relationship. Don't depend on others to develop your relationship with the Lord. GET in the Word. Live Bold

Thank you Lord for being my rock. I need you in my life, I need your protection from the evil in this world. Please watch over my family, please Help my Dad's heart. He had to take 3 Nitro pills and if you are taking him home let it be peaceful.

DAY 71: Become A New Man In Christ

There is no one holy like the Lord; there is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God.
~ 1 Samuel 2:2

We are a people set apart for the purpose of Almighty God. He shines down His favor, love, grace, and hope for each one of us who are made new in Christ.

Like the prayer offered in 1 Samuel, we also rest our spirit and raise our hearts to praise our Father in Heaven. God is our rock, our redeemer, our shield, our hope, and our salvation.

Commit the next 6 mornings to this scripture as your morning prayer to God.  Watch how your week unfolds.
