I work 12 hour days 6 days a week. Need my job, but miss the fellowship of church. Any good online churches out there? Need to interact with other Christians. Seems like there are not many of us left. Going to try to bring some more brothers and sisters to Christ.

Please pray for me. I quit smoking for 13 years and was proud. Started smoking Ecigs and quit for a year. Back to smoking Ecigs. I am very strong with some things, but very weak with others. Please pray for me to break free of this habit for good. God Bless

Loving Father, we come to You today to thank You for being with us as we strive to accomplish our goals. Let us realistically look at the goals we set for ourselves know that with and through You we can accomplish great things. As we work on our goals let us always keep to the forefront the goal of being a better Christian, and being a better man today than we were yesterday. In all work toward goals, let give the glory to You. Praying in the name of Jesus. Amen.

DAY 60: The Secret of Reaching Your Goal

In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.   ~Proverbs 16:9

Maybe you've thought about where you want to be in a year. Perhaps you've thought ahead 5 years. Some of us made goals 60 days ago, and we've already derailed our progress.

If you keep restarting your goals, perhaps a goal to quit a bad habit, then you are working from the wrong end.

Goals don't begin with what you want to do. They start with where you want to end up and who you want to become.

When you open your map, do you type in the address of where you are or where you want to go? Do the same with your faith and your goals.

Begin with a vision of your life without that habit. Then begin working backwards until you get a plan in place to get there.  Then ask God to guide you along the path he has chosen for you.
