Very true Erik. Maybe he will see the way I live and want the same peace in his heart. Work has made it harder to try to convert. You try to get the wrong person to Christ and HR will call you in the office. Don't want you pushing your views on others. I still lead by example and they know I am a Christian. Maybe they will come to me and ask how I get the peace I have. I don't gossip, so I am not part of the group. it's okay though, like leading by example.

Providing and Loving Father, we come to You today to thank You for the brothers You place in our lives. All of them are a true blessing from You. Brothers to help us, brothers to hear our confessions, brothers to offer advise, brothers to keep us accountable. If they are a Christian, that is just an extra benefit. Let us share your love with all and give the glory to You always. Thanking You, and praying in the name of Jesus. Amen.

I have a coworker ive been working on for 3 years. Some days i would love to slap him upside the head and shake him violently. Never give up. Keep speaking truth and life into those within your circle of influence.

Praise the Lord. @rick In today's christian environment it is easy for people to not have faith in Jesus. A lot of hypocrisy. May I suggest that your friend might in some small way be accepting Christ in you. Christ did say "if you don't believe me, believe the works." Keep up the good work. Praise the Lord.

Praise the Lord. People don't like to be led theses days. This message has stirred all kinds of thoughts in me this morning. One in particular is that "bad company corrupts good morals." Praise the Lord. Have a wonderful day brothers.

Only have one true friend and he doesn't believe in Jesus. Keep trying to help him accept Jesus as his lord and savior. Try to be around online Christians through Apps like this one.

DAY 54: A Band of Brothers

As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.  ~ Proverbs 27:17

God said, "it is not good for the man to be alone."  In response, he built us a suitable mate.  The holy trinity is made of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  The apostle paul wrote to churches, not individuals.

Jesus called a group of disciples to build life around. He hung out with an even closer group of 3.

God's message is clear - we are designed to work as a team.  He built you to run in packs. You are stronger, sharper, and more effective when you are with others.

Do you have a group? If not, what is the biggest obstacle of getting the band together?   How can we help you get started?
