DAY 341: Mastering The Worry Game

Trouble and distress have come upon me, but your commands give me delight. Your statutes are always righteous; give me understanding that I may live.
~
 Psalm 119: 143-144

Allowing worries to overtake our confidence of God's righteousness, truth, and understanding is destructive.

Worry turns you into a different person. Worry kills hope. Worry kills friendships. Worry erodes Christian witness.  Worry makes us weak.

The circumstances around you right now, do not define who you are.  They will pass away and you will remain!

Right now, write down one "worry" on a piece of paper. Pray for God's help to remove it. Throw the paper in the trash. Leave it behind. Trust God. Move on to the next.
