Amen!! dear God thank you so much for redeeming me everyday I deal with my past and knowing where you brought me from helps me stay on this path to get closer to you... the enemy is very deceitful and he tries to tell me all sorts of lies to make me feel like I'm not good enough but I know that nothing could ever separate me from you for you love me so much and you brought me a mighty long way I give you all the glory honor and praise. today I know that nothing is bigger than you and there's nothing that you can help me overcome! So I want to pray within for my brothers that are connected to this devotional give us the courage to lay it all down whatever situation we may be facing or father and as we lay down our burdens or father I pray that you begin to penetrate our souls with your never-ending unfailing love thank you Lord Jesus for what is to come amen

Heavenly Father, faithful, loving, compassionate, and patient with Your sons. Father thank you for not giving up on me, continually forgiving me after the many attempts to live by the example Christ led for us, and the many times I would choose sin before seeking You. Father, humbly I ask for Your continued grace and mercy. Your Word, Your Spirit, would fill me up, overflowing my heart, consume my mind. So that satan is restrained, I am not tempted for fall for the world's foolish desires. Jesus paid the price for my salvation, that my soul be redeemed, that I may have the opportunity to bring honor and glory to Your Almighty name

DAY 288: Getting Through the Tough Times

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?   ~ Romans 8:35

There is nothing you can do to drive Christ's love away.  So when you shake your fist at heaven, yell at God, or demand an answer to "why me, God?!?"... remember, He loves you more.

If you have ever thought God has pulled away from you, take a moment to turn around. You'll find He has been with you all along, ready to catch your fall.

If you are struggling right now with any shameful thoughts over what you have done or are doing, it's time to lay down those chains of shame at the cross.

God forgives completely. Any shame you may feel is straight from the enemy, used to try and separate you from God.  Give it up and live free.
