I have to remember also that an important part of prayer is listening. As I practice listening to God I find I'm a better listener for my wife, my family, and others.

👍 Guys!! I pray for endurance for the prayer warriors connected to this app. The prayer wall is a place for men to lay it in the line with one another and God - and a place for men to get into the habit of praying for others. We know who's praying the paint off the wall - and we are grateful!! 🙏

Amen! I am thankful to have the relationship I do with the father knowing that I must continue to pray. continue to pray without ceasing! constantly everyday! I find myself praying for others on a continual basis, I've even been led by the spirit to pray for others. I pray for myself because I know that there are a lot of things in this world that I cannot handle so I have to turn them over to God as my higher power I Thank Jesus for all that he's done for me and this new life that he's giving me and that I'm able to constantly communicate with him through prayer

Precious Lord, God of All, we humbly come to You today to thank You for putting Christian brothers in our lives we can confess our sins to and pray for. Besides confessing to You Father, we also need to confess to our brothers. Let us also hear our brothers confessions so we can pray for them and Your mercies on them and us. We love You so Father, let us be the men You designed us to be. Please Father, keep our focus on Jesus and the Cross. Praying in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Amen. I find that as I start my day out with prayer, it redirects my focus and prepares me to do battle. It brings to my mind and heart the reality of other struggles as well. And how to plead with GOD on their behalf.

DAY 235: One Habit You Should Never Skip

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
~ James 5:16

A strong habit of prayer is the common thread among men who recover quickly from setbacks, overcome worry, and influence the people around them.

If you want to gain consistency in your faith, you'll need to maintain a daily prayer habit.

Pray for your needs, and spend time focused on praying for others.  Pray for the desire to see God's glory revealed in their situation. Root for them.

How to strengthen your prayer life? Schedule a time on your phone calendar to pray for your needs and for the needs of others.
