Your power is made PERFECT in WEAKNESS!!! That's intense and awesome. How cool is it that we don't have to be strong to do your will.

Dear Almighty God, Thank You for Your perfect plan of using the imperfect. How unworthy we are to carry out Your will, but by Your grace You see us worthy. Please allow us to be Your imperfect vessel today to carry out Your perfect will. Thank you for the blood of Jesus, for by His blood, and His blood alone, are we made perfect. Use us today Father in ways that we could not imagine. Please speak and act through us to reach the unreachable. May we keep You at the front of our minds, constantly seeking what is Yours. Speak to us and give us the words to say in such situations. Thank you for Your love and Your plan. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

God our Father, God our Creator, God our Savior, we humbly come to You today to thank You for letting us be us. While we aren’t perfect by any means, You use each of us to further the kingdom. Let us follow the nudging You give us to be more the men You designed us to be. Let everything we do bring glory to You. In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen.

Heavenly Father, thank You, for the many miracles You have provided in my life, the addictions that You have delivered me from, and the people's lives that I have impacted. I am nothing with out You, none of these would have been possible if You did not love me. Amen.

DAY 207: Using an Imperfect Vessel

Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.  God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are,  so that no one may boast before him.  ~ 1 Corinthians 1:27-29

The world just doesn't understand how God works. They seem to think they own the market on "radical", "cutting edge", and counter-culture belief.

Jesus Christ was and is the radical game changer. As we fully commit our ways to His teaching and become open to God's spirit, he uses us in wild and impossible ways.

So, maybe you think your ship won't sail?  Well, God isn't asking you to float the boat - but to show up with what you have and allow Him to provide the impossible.

Sometimes it's our imperfections which make us the perfect vessel for God's message. You need to do, you. God will show up if you ask for Him to be a part of it.
