“Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” ~ (Jesus Christ) Luke 12:15
The official definition of greed is "a selfish desire for more than what is needed." We can be greedy with our money, our time, and what we already have.
Volumes of books are stuffed with stories of men who tried to earn their way to happiness and failed. Countless men have died miserable and alone because of their idol called "career".
So, as you face today, examine how much time is spent on yourself versus time spent on others. Ask God to show you where greed may be hiding in your life.
He will begin to reveal your abundance, order your priorities, and show you how to fulfill your needs and bless others.
