Amen brother for this reading. It reminds me of Jacob when he was fleeing from his brother. The Bible says he came to a place called Luz. Translated as nowhere. Bible say that Jacob says that even though he finds himself nowhere. God is still there. So no matter where we find ourselves God is there with us always. Thank you Jesus

Omnipresent Father, we come to You today to thank You for always being there. No matter where, or in what condition we are in, You are always there. We might as well accept that You set the conditions, not us. We can't hide ourselves from You. You can't stop loving us, no matter what we do. Always with us, Always loving us, Always forgiving us. Love You Jesus! Amen.

DAY 191: God Will Guide Us, Just Ask

Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.   ~ Psalm 139: 7-10

On those days when you just don't feel like a Godly man... God is still there.  When we hide from the world... God is still there.  When we duck into cover to avoid that grungy feeling when our faith goes sideways... God is still there.

Look, we all have those days, months...years.  But praise be to our mighty creator - that he never lets us go!

Sit down and ask God to completely consume your life.  Be still for as long as it takes. Wake up early, stay up late, schedule some time... whatever it takes,  just take action.  Then rise up and walk boldly in God's strength and grace.
