When Jesus told the women in the street, "rise and sin no more" He didn't mean to never son again He knew better. Jesus wss saying don't repeat the same sin. Praise His holy name He doesn't judge the same way man does. Paul wrote thst all hsvr sinned and fall short of God's glory. Habits ( bad ones) are really hard to break can cause us to fail if left unchecked. Thankfully there is an answer Hus name is Jesus. amen.

i find that i have issues with my past ..... it always comes back to remind me that ive failed in the past and ill probably do so again !!! someone said that what we usually learn from history is that we don't learn from history !!!! my point is this that none of us are infallible we make mistakes all the time .... what ive learnt from my past errors is how not to mess up the same way twice ...... learning is part of the mistake making process .... if we learn from ourselves and from watching others make the same mistakes that way we can help each other make the right judgment call 😊

My God , You are an Awesome God, and we humbly come to You today to thank You for forgiving our sins. Due to Your sons death on the cross for our sins we can move forward from our falls. You remember our sins no more, and wipe our slate clean. Let us confess our sins to You and ask for Your forgiveness. Also give us the strength and wisdom to confess our sins to a brother so we may heal. Thank You Jesus for all You gave for us. Alleluia and Amen.

DAY 177: The Habit Exchange

If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand? But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you.  ~ Psalm 130: 3-4

You and I have our share of crappy habits... or is it just me?  I have some at work, some at home, and believe it or not a couple in my ministry life.  What gives?!?

While we have our habits which bring about struggle.  God has a habit of forgiving us and wiping the slate clean!  Use that forgiveness to replace an old bad habit with a new good habit. It works! Try it!
